That was my third visit of the Dolomites - the previous two visits were day trips in Spring and Autumn and on both those visits all I got to see were low clouds and drizzle. Hi Nadirah. Thanks for watching and your query. I'm 60 and of average fitness and I did Seceda quite ok. There are not many steps and the paths are well maintained if a little bit steep in places. I saw quite a few people in their 70's do it - if mobility impaired then they can stick to the refugio, however they would no get to see the cliff tops properly. My advice would be to stop frequently if they are out of breath and take their time. It is certainly doable unless there are underlying serious health or mobility issues! Maximo.
