Musicians are usually looking at the sheet music and/or conductor. They're trained to play their instruments without having to look at them.

Aa Bb yea. most instruments you can't look at your hands because you need to see the conductor or notes. i play flute so it's like we couldn't look even if we wanted too. i sometimes wonder what trumpet players and such see when they play cause i remember my band director constantly yelling at them to bring the instrument up into their eye line to make the row look neat.
