This Video shows the DIY method of engine oil replacement on speed 400.
Oil used: Castrol power 1 ultimate 10w50.
Camera used for recording: Dji action 2.
Tools and supplies required for oil change DIY:
1. 18mm socket or spanner for drain bolts.
2. 8mm socket for cover bolts.
3. 4mm allen key for round triumph plate.
4. cloth rags for cleaning.
5. container for collecting oil.
6. new oil filter and O ring.
7. Engine oil of your choice which complies API SN or SL 10w50 standards (2lt).

Nice video Brother You look very experienced. My speed 400 have knocking sound coming from engine, showroom guys adjusted tepid valves, did not resolve it. Please suggest what can I do. Thanks

there are two oil sumps you have drained in only one

Oil sump is only one but there are 2 drain plugs. both are side by side. one as oil strainer and the other one is for oil circulation pump, i think

Hi! Can you tell me how to open the front sprocket cover for cleaning, what tool will I need? I saw that there are also some cables behind the cover. If you can make a video opening and closing the front sprocket cover with tucking the cables back, it will greatly help me and anyone else searching for it online :) I asked at the service centre but they said it's not really needed to clean the front sprocket. But I wish to clean it from time to time when I'm cleaning the chain and the rear sprocket. Just a request. Thank you

i bought from service center. u can also get from : www.99rpm.com/bajaj/parts.html#page=1 search for dominor 400 oil filter and oring.
