Sir can you please explain internal torque reference .

Tension is applied on strip if strip breaks then tension on strip will be zero, we give a speed ref to avoid free run of motor when strip break/slip..

@@aforautomation But we are not Measuring any physical tension on strip...it is calculated from torque and torque ref is there

Yes torque reference is there but tension is calculated by actual torque, is sheet breaks drive will not achieve its torque reference and keeps rotating at higher speed in reverse direction to achieve the required torque.

@@aforautomation But in our case I seen that POR speed Actual is always greater than Speed ref..When there is skidding we observed sudden tension drop. Speed actual reduced to Speed ref..pls explain once...

@@aforautomation sir then in that case please explain the situation If strip breaks during running line then as you said we are giving negative saturation reference ( speed limit ) to uncoiler to stop rotation in reverse direction *so during sudden breakage *CAN WE SET ZERO SPEED LIMIT TO UNCOILER TO STOP SUDDENLY* .... kyuki Strip break hone ke baad recoiler bhi suddenly stop ho jata hai !!! Aur agar mai galat hu to please us process ko samajha dijiye 🙏🙏🙏 Thank you ❤️

You will have to use master slave logic,one motor will be master and others have to follow it. please see my master slave video, if you have plc then its very easy. give torque reference to master drive and actual torque of master motor should be limit to other motors, actual torque of master motor is to be send to slave motors as torque limit (please see positive and negative limit parameter)

Before stall fault it should tripp on Under voltage fault when power fails .check input supply voltage parameters and increase if required.or disable stall fault

by giving negative torque and speed reference.

the torque in reverse direction is called negative torque..

@@aforautomation sometimes i experienced when the drive running in FWd direction, Drive display show actual value of torque in - ve, why this is so

very good question if paper breaks between master and slave and both are running in speed mode then speed will increase very fast and drive will increase its current upto current limit value which we set in drive. if both motor are running in Torque mode then speed will be very high and drive may trip on over-speed fault it will reach upto max speed set value in drive.

yes you are right.

you will have t use pid for it, like you will set some tension and feedback will come from load cell so correction signal will be calculated by pid and you will have to send this as torque reference to Drive.and keep drive in torque control mode. for sycronization you will have to chech speed of motor and add multiplying factor in speed reference in plc program.

agar aap low speed pe full torque chahte hain to drive ko torque reference dena hoga aur uska control mode parameter ko torque control set karna hoga, ek potentiometer laga k aap kar sakte ho

if use communication through PLC both drive should be compatible with same network otherwise you will have to use different network interface unit at plc side. second option is to run drive through analogue input.

have you changed any encoder or roll ? it may be because of roll dia mismatch between physical dia and dia in plc programming..or encoder PPR mismatch in drive and actual ppr of Encoder

A For Automation we haven’t changed any roll and also we do not have encorder in our system. It’s running on open loop in master slave configuration. We have all abb Make ACS850 drives

you should check mpm of roll physically by hand tachometer it should match with system MPM if there is a difference it should be corrected..

A For Automation already done that MPM is matching. This problem is not an constant problem, the problem comes at anytime for few seconds and then it gets corrected as correct the draw on control desk however we are not to find any fault.

there may be some slippage on next roll which is next to dryer unit or it may be because of paper material hardness variation. you can create a graph in plc program to observe the process like motor speed and torque etc.. parameters

Kyuki Unwinder me wrap kam hota hai to uska inertia bhi kam hota jata hai isliye kam torque me hi tension mil jata hai.

Jaise jaise diameter kam hota hai vaise vaise torque reference ko bhi vary karna padta hai kyuki Unwinder ki speed badh rahi ha

in sinemics G120 CU 250S parameter no P108 index number 18 bit no 2 ko activate karna padta hai by using Starter software.

yes we can use torque mode in bridles and if por/recoiler is maintaining tension then we have to run them in torque control mode

yes encoder is must for re winder.direct torque control drives can run without encoder too but if you are controlling tension then encoder should be used.

@@aforautomation wich ac drive is used in winder torque control without encoder feedback . Now I am currently use yaskawa A1000 with pg encoder

Torque mode me motor ki speed load k hisab se rahti hai agar load jyada hai to speed zero bhi ho sakti hai aur agar load kam hai to speed full speed tak bhi ja sakti hai.actuly aisa koi fix rule nahi hai ki kitne torque pe kitni speed hogi.drive jab torque mode me chalta hai to speed ko saturation point maan k chalta hai.actual speed only max speed limit se kam honi chahiye.aur jaise ki apne kaha 30%torue ref diya to actual feedback ko 30%lane k liye wo speed ko +/-100% tak le ja sakta hai.
