Speed challenge: Prolyte Verto versus H30V truss

Tested general assembly times for Prolyte Verto truss are up to 5 times faster than those for truss with conical coupling systems and 10 times faster than any bolted truss. Can you build a grid with Prolyte Verto truss, with half the crew and in half the time you need for the build of a H30V truss grid? Jump to 6:55 for the Verto truss grid build up.

Why didnt they build the square on the ground then lift it up? That would have sped that process up. Awesome, though. Thats a great system you got there.

You guys forgot the blue safety clips in the second build.

Well already you demonstrate you may make it; but you sure are not an install team- Ever heard of a nail pouch? All these guys lok pretty stupid going back and forth to the PIN BOX, rather than have them. It is a demo that shows crew mgmt has a lot to learn.

Hi Joseph, you are absolutely right! But like Eric explains in the video, the guys who build the grid are no riggers :) they are from marketing and sales and don't work with truss very often. Imagine how fast someone could build (with both products) when he works daily with (verto) truss! Jeen - Prolyte Group
