Just a tip from sonic main: 3m1 and quickly dash forward will knock the enemy away allow you to extend the first skill. Combo : 3m1 dash forward. 1st skill. 3m1 scatter(3rd) skill 3m1 mini uppercut and quickly dash forward turn and then fourth skill( aim ). You can 2nd after it if the enemy got no evade.

fun fact: once you fully punch someone to the ground, immediately after they begin ragdoll, use exploding shuriken, thats the only way you can hit shuriken when the enemy is ragdolled That is true, but if you jump and hit the ground with the exploding shuriken you can go up into the air and shoot it at the ground thus exploding the player, also the player goes back like a dash back (such effect as saitama's uppercut) and you are able to combo off of that.
