that clip holding the Roller Wheel in place is called a SNAP RING.... and you can buy a Snap Ring Pliers for $6 or so at Harbor Freight or Amazon ... nice video thanks..

Thanks for this video... awesome. It gave me the confidence to do this job on my own and it went without a hitch thanks to you. Just a couple of observations that may help others: First, the failure you found was EXACTLY the same as mine... the support roller on the LEFT side was totally shot. My failure was more advanced, and the shaft and interior (bearing) surface of the roller were very badly worn. I think this is design flaw... the roller is directly above the flame tube that heats the air (it's a gas dryer). Believe this caused the shaft to expand and with inadequate lubrication, it just wore out. Based on this observation, I recommend buying an entire kit... not just the rollers. I got mine from PW Appliance. Also, regarding lubrication... I was more generous than you considering the cause of failure. Keep in mind, it's the belt driving the drum NOT the rollers... they are just there for support. The good news is that it lasted over 10 years the first time. I think I'm now good for at least as many again!

Great video. I've made quite a few myself and found that using a tripod (even a small one), gives your the 'third hand'. When pointing to something, its best to have the camera on a tripod and use a pencil or some type of pointing device to show the area that you are talking about (words and image should be synchronized). Also using an app to edit the video is helpful.

I think you could make it easier for yourself and refitting the belt is to undo the tensioner spring let it go loose it stops it pulling the drum down while you put it back together :)
