Arrma MEGA Kraton 8s is based off of a Kraton 8S extended a half inch longer to except a hobbywing Max4 combo with the 70125 560kv can. You can either run it with your stock electronics or go with the Max4 kit and put the BIG BOY in there. Either way you go the extra half inch gives you more than enough room for a regular 2028 size can with no issues around the bellcrank the 56118 would not need a bellcrank change either with this chassis. I'm running the Max4 and 70125 560kv geared 39 spurr 42 pinion temps are good. The motor is running cool the ESC is not even breaking a sweat at 105°. I'm running two 6200 Mah HRB premiums 100 C 6s packs and it powers this combo awesome. Highly recommended to run a good belted tire with this combo I shredded 4 MX43's, which is almost unheard of. Yes, I was being stupid spinning donuts and over revving it but that's what bashing's about having fun. All BS aside if you decide to go with this combo in the mega kraton you will be super impressed. It takes a lot for an RC car to take my breath away during a session and I shook for a good 15 minutes after the session. This car got me so excited and reminded me why I love this hobby so much I'm not a salesman y'all I'm just telling you how it is.

@@AldoLoyal my xrt is stock man 😂that’s the way I’m going to keep too , when ever I see people put the heavy motor mounts and all the aluminum on then they just get to heavy for that plastic chassis, I’ve sent might super high and have bad landings all the time and don’t ever have a problem, my issues are drive cups , gears , upper bulk heads and I just pet a brand new motor in it that I got from my buddy for cheap , tbh the only thing I would do is throw a max 6 in it and gear it up alittle and put some sledgehammers on it !

Thank you so much Bro Rich definitely a little sketchy, ripping up and down that road the dude that lives there with those horses ended up coming out and letting me have it but at the end, he was pretty cool and said if I would just let him know ahead of time he’ll put the horses up which was pretty awesome. 70 is definitely a good speed for that big girl but I would like to hit 100 just to say I did it when I get something stuck in my head. I don’t stop until I achieve it so hopefully I can get there quick. And definitely Mitch and Avery killed it with this upgrade for the K8 Love it. Hopefully you’ll have the same experience I have had with the mega. that Max4 combo is no joke. More than enough power and the temps are so awesome. It’s nice being able to go out for a session and not have to worry about temps. Can’t wait to see you rip that joker. Hopefully the 57’s work for you. That would be a great option for this big heavy girl are some lighter tires. Definitely appreciate your time again brother have a great week ahead 🚀💪🤩👊

Definitely a beast M2c really did a good job with this one on the design, keeping it to the bare minimum for an easy transfer. You can do that same thing to a 6S diff just be a little more careful. Appreciate your time brother happy bashing 🚀💪🤩👊

Thanks bro definitely a fun session and a little sketchy at high speeds but that’s what makes it so exciting. I got in trouble for the horses getting spooked, but I honestly didn’t care. I kept ripping. And I told myself I was not gonna do the stop and read thing but that shit is so burned in my head from every video I watch on KZfaq. Appreciate the time, brother.

Wow never mind Max 4 combo that's over kill lol. But she runs great and that max 4 is huge. Yeah I love Wrenching on my rigs and tune put the crazy family 😂 I would recommend Max 5 G2 with 1100KV. I'm rimming that on my outcast 8s exb only 8S of course. 12S is great for Temps you'll never overheat. Great vidoe Aldo

Thanks, dude I’ve got three max5 G2‘s and I did not care for them. I ran them on 8s 10 S and 12 S even with the new firmware. It’s still not perfect but the Max4 is just ballistic on Power super responsive definitely a big difference between the two.

Thanks, Aaron just be careful. You don’t strip your cup, but I do believe it helps every time I have blown a diff which is rarely those four screws have always been loose.

@@AldoLoyal I just blew a rear diff. I think it's the 4th or 5th run since I put in the new Max 5 G2 with the DBXLE 780kv motor. I think I am on a 30t with the optional spur. It probably runs at about 45-50 mph. Nothing crazy but fast enough for the parks that I run at. I really shouldn't be stripping diffs, this is a mild set up.

@@GreatLakesRC I agree you shouldn’t be stripping diffs because I do not have that problem at all and I run three of these 8s trucks but my beater OG Outcast 8s I will blow a diff from time to time because I don’t do nothing to that truck but beat on it. Everybody in the family rips it.

100% aluminum bulkheads are a must. Maintenance is also. It’s crazy that this platform can take 12s I don’t care what anybody says there is no way a xrt or xmaxx could ever take a 70125 max4 system
