I'm starting the challenge in the wof community were you draw every possible hybrid. I'm gonna post the second part in 2 weeks with the mudwing-mother hybrids.

I have a cannon idea that some nightwings can get powers from a luner eclipse and not just the moons, that’s where my OC, eclipse came from

That's so funny, I've never been much of a character creator but I do like thinking up names for this and that. One of my Skywing names that I thought was so brilliant and original was Summit. Guess it's not that uncommon haha!

HOW DO YOU DRAW THE EYES???!!! Like it is shown of u drowning the eye for like a second, (meanwhile me spending the majority of my time drawing the eye then getting frustrated....) ....but really, the expressions that u give them are just AMAZING. I love your art style and I take HEAVY inspiration from you. Thank you being a great content creator and helping me with my own art. :)

so i usually start with the expression lines for the top and bottom of the eyes and then shape the sketch with going over it and erasing bits to get a better shape

id prefer not, id like to make actual wof bases eventually but these are all unique designs for characters that have either sold to other people or that i kept as characters of my own

These are all great except for Tarantula, because HiveWings can’t be blue without being a hybrid. They’re only BARELY canonically green, but only if they’re yellow-green. They can’t be blue. I’m sorry but it just bothers me when people make purebred characters with outlandish colours which aren’t canon to the tribe.

he's color picked from a bee, bees can be those colors so i used it i take color refrence from the name of the dragon

THANK YOU- the canon colors of the dragons, as said in the books, is "red, yellow, and/r orange, but always mixed with some black scales" the black scales are only from Clearsight when she mated with the BeatleWings
