Oh my gosh that's is beautiful!!! I love the glow around the transparent fins! How in the world did you do that...er haha if you don't mind me asking :)?

Ahah, thank you! The glow around the fins, if I know what you mean... I just copied the line layer and blurred it. If you are asking about painting the fins themselves, then this is 60% transparency and an overlay effect on the layer.
