Iki Tiki I know you're waiting for InkMonster to respond but I thought I'd try too... Hope you don't mind? It seems they just draw like normally, using a brush that creates pixelated lines. (In Sai. This brush would be Binary) Just set it to the smallest setting and voilá! Pixels ^^
