Jigsaw makes Sebastian look like a fast gunslinging badass that has comedic moments in elevator shafts. I mean it’s perfect! Too perfect.

Spent 5 years of my life playing the Cabin part on Akumu difficulty and only just got past it using the cheese strat this weekend. Still playing through Akumu...

I knew as soon as I saw TEW / Akumu difficulty it would be Jigzaw running it. His skill with this game is absolutely mesmerizing and I’ve definitely binge watched his play throughs

About the Keeper in the dlc, the original one from the main game is created by Ruvik's rage alone, there is no corruption from someone else conscience, the one from the dlc is just a father pluged on the STEM that take control of a Keeper as an avatar, is all an experiment made by Mobius after the Rubik's incident.

I played my first play through on 60 fps without knowing its effect on the movement speed of random physics objects and scripted chase events. I kept getting killed during my first Amalgam Alpha chase as I was getting caught up a medicine cart that kept getting thrown out in front of me (which normally doesn't happen on 30 fps). I ended up beating it by shooting it out of the way before the chase began but I had I known I would've just dropped the frame rate.

Seriously. The Evil Within is an absolutely fantastic game. Sure its not without flaw but what game is. I genuinely dont understand how someone who calls themself a survival horror fan could dislike this game.

Think people had unrealistic expectations because of the marketing of game and who made it, they expected groundbreaking additions to a franchise he helped mould But it was an incredibly fun game, I still go back to both games on occasion, the setting and scenery is just so fantastic for this type of game

Yeah it does just jubble up ideas from other shooters and horror games into one game without any rime, reason, or consistency.

TEW1 is good until the last chapter but still good. Pleasantly surprised by the second one. Hoping for a third one too but they tied every loose ends in TEW2.

I wish so bad I could play this series, but it makes me SO NAUSEOUS. I don't get that from any other game. I read it's got something to do with the games camera... So frustrating.

The Evil Within was such a strange and broken game. The Evil Within 2, though, was amazingly good!

I wish this game wasn't what it was... I liked the idea of playing as this detective guy running from freakazoid monsters. just not the tripping balls aspect of the story. Never a big fan though of that kind of supernatural stuff. A game that pulls off the trippy thing is F.E.A.R. series. This game just felt like you were going down a rabbit hole to "shock" you.
