Sean, great job explaining flight mode. How did you get such a technical piece of equipment from NASA. I’m sure that same piece of equipment helped put us on the moon….

How did you set the bank angles? I cannot see those settings options on the Spektrum Programmer.

Was that an AR636 or one of the newer Smart AS3X/SAFE receivers? On the AR636, you have to use 100% travel and 100% dual rates for the bank/pitch angle limits to be correct. If you were to set the dual rate to 50%, the angle will be 50% of whatever the bank/pitch limit setting is. So, I always use 100% travel/rates in SAFE mode with my AR636's. Just for fun, reverse the aileron gyro and tell me what it does when you rock it back and forth thru level inverted.
