Have the spell you want swapped to on the top of the atunment list
Pause and Unpause with the spell that you want swapped to selected
Switch to your other spell
Do l1 and THEN l2 + Up
If you move after the pausing, it wont work consistently
As you can see it's pretty consistent

Does this apply proper scaling or does it apply a flat damage buff like the bow swap
