It don’t matter where he is drafted. He will shine, Spencer reminds me of burrow some times… see college is fast pace and the nfl is slower on play. And he already shows he knows how calm himself and compete on his side of the ball like burrow. If it wasn’t for all the money already tied up in starting QBs in the NFL he could go the titans, panthers, saints, cowboys and start. Not to mention the teams expected to take a qb in the first. He works hard and it might sound confusing but he don’t show emotion he show passion on that field

I wish Spencer Rattler nothing but the best. I hope he knows that most Oklahoma fans appreciate him. I think people forget Spencer Rattler used to represent Oklahoma like a tru OU fan. Even when he was in high school he always was wearing his OU stuff and representing OU every chance he got. Most of us really thought he was going to be the next Baker Mayfield. And at times he looked like a great quarterback.... Especially the second half of the 2020 season. It's unfortunate that it ended the way it did at OU. But I wish you nothing but the best in the NFL

I still can't believe the Saints got this guy. He's gonna do well in New Orleans, Kubiak system complements his skill set perfectly, once he gets experience and game time reps, its a wrap! A QB with that kind of talent on a rookie contract? This will allow the Saints invest money in other positions and add new pieces to the team. Perfect situation

Always liked Spencer at OU. I know he said he hopes OU fans don’t claim him, but I will always root for him and I’m happy I was able to see him do what he did for the Sooners. Go be great 7! 🐍

He's undersized, and has some stuff to work on. If they are patient with him , who knows. Didn't have a lot of help at SC. A steal in the 5th round. I will guarantee you he will do better than some of the guys drafted ahead of him will not make it.

I'm a big time Oklahoma. Sooner football fan, I go to all the games. And there's a lot of haters and there's also a lot of love for him. I think Spencer it's a Very competitive awesome quarterback And he is going to be great in the n.F.L he is going to be great. I was very mad when he left and went to South Carolina and I believe if we had the right coach like Coach brent venables And they're coaching Spencer. I believe Spencer would have been definitely there until he went pro. I Believe he is one of the best quarterbacks, and he is going to show it in the NF. L wherever you go me and my son will always. Maybe 3rd -4th round QB's are not needed in 2024

Good QBs are always needed. The odds aren't good for any player in the 5th round. However, this is definitely worth a try. SCs o line was horrible and very limited at receiver. He's definitely used to pressure. This is definitely a hard guy to evaluate. He was playing in a different offense every year. He is undersized and he will have to improve his footwork. The advantage he has is that he will probably not be asked to come in and save a team. I think he has a chance to make a team and make a check. Also he's not going to the worst team in the NFL. getting this guy in the 5th round was ideal. He can make the throws and when given time , he is accurate.

It's because how he acted on the field in college. The immaturity within the videos that were created on Spencer showed lack of a comparable quarterback for the professional League and that's why they didn't draft him
