Join us as we spend an amazing 24 hours exploring the beautiful city of Málaga, Spain! ☀️
We kicked off our day with delicious pastries and coffee at Ana la Fantastic, the perfect fuel for exploring! Next, we headed to the Centre Pompidou, Málaga's modern art museum, but unfortunately, it was closed on the day of our visit however Zoe has been before and would recommend paying a visit.
We continued our adventure to Castillo de Gibralfaro. Let me tell you, the views from this hilltop fortress were absolutely unbeatable! We could see the entire city sprawled out below us, the sparkling Mediterranean Sea, and even the Malaga Cathedral in all its glory.
Feeling peckish after all that sightseeing, we grabbed a delicious lunch at the famous El Pimpi. Refuelled and ready for more, we made our way to El Chinitas, a hidden gem of a rooftop bar with the most incredible view of the cathedral. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the atmosphere.
As the sun began to set, we ended our Malaga adventure with refreshing Aperol cocktails at the Hard Rock Cafe, enjoying a cool evening breeze and a lovely view of the port.
While we couldn't make it to the Centre Pompidou or the beach on this trip, we've added them to our list for next time, and we snuck in a mention of the iconic Picasso Museum for anyone planning their Malaga itinerary.
