Nice recipes. Would like to share a quick recipe with you since you were making uttapa. I take one measure/cup of urad dal soaked overnight or minimum 2 hours. Grind with small piece of ginger, 2 green chilli, little hing. Add double amount of rava with water uttapam consistency. Salt to taste. Make potato bhaji with green chilli n tomatoes. Add coriander but keep it a bit liquidy. Not too much. Add ghee or oil on tawa. Spread batter quarter inch. Then pour your potato bhaji n cover with little batter. Cook bottom side n then flip n cook properly. Tastes good. Must try n share. Thanks dear.❤

S bhoine rice we just buying from Margao from sack but we never know da date from which year Dey r n rice never gets spoil v fast plz understand understand dis innocent sister who got in mistake she is really very good in cooking n very neat her kitchen n soft spoken lady decent video mouth watering dishes❤
