I'm trying to figure out why I keep getting applications for folks that have MS degrees but very little real world experience. Managed Engineers for many years and significantly value real world experience over education. After the BS, I would highly recommend 5 years at a minimum of experience in your field before even thinking about an MS degree. I have seen so many folks come with a BS from India to a School in the U.S. peruse a Masters and in essence there is too much education. A continued focus on developing things from scratch instead of using COTS, or such a narrowed focus in their University that I would have completely retrain the person. I understand that this is culture, but I personally see MS degrees of very little use unless your are going into research or academia.

Most people from India are doing MS in US not because they want to study and explore more , they just want a job in US and hopefully settle there one day. Which is easier to get with a degree from US based university.

I feel if you mention total tution fees , that would be more better Because it is generally not the case of annual fees * 2 years . More accurate option is Per Credit Cost * Number of Credits Required

Hi ma'am, my institute is offering to study in the US for the Masters in accountancy program for one year and work up till 3 years in the US. They have tie up with universities like Case Western Reserve University, Drexel University, Clark University and many other. They are offering it with a fees of 30 - 35 lakhs and giving up to 50lakhs package. Is it feasible to apply for it and do these university gets you placed with that package. If possible please make one video on it. Last question is whether there is a huge shortage of public accountants in the US?

Please don’t go, change your plan no parti jobs out side the university, you will struggle like hell, If are financially good then only go otherwise you can do same course online in India itself, right now it’s overrated At the end it’s your decision

It’s very specialized course. Find out the job prospects at your target program before committing to it. 1 year program doesn’t have internship either!
