We are spiritual beings here on this planet for a human experience plus for our soul development. This earth is our school. We have to pass all our exams (whatever life throws at us) and get stronger. The only way to reach GOD is through love. Once we leave our human body and go to the spiritual realm, our whole life review will be shown to the soul. The soul will honestly feel for whatever it did as a human and will request to be born on earth again to correct it. So, why not do our life review here itself while we're still alive and correct it. I don't meditate but I handle every single thought that comes to my mind, if it's negative, I change it positively. I do self reflection all the time, even go all the way back to my childhood days till my present days. I forgive all those who hurt me, honestly apologize to GOD for hurting or judging badly about people who were once in my life or is currently in my life now. Requesting the universe to bless them. Forgive and bless, apologize and bless. Since I started doing this, I feel so light and very happy. Nothing hurts me now, even angry family member shouting at me, doesn't hurt me anymore, I still feel love for them. I feel so much love for GOD.
