You are doing a great job with consistency for Rio. As a therapist who works with kids and parents, I preach consistency all day long! I am loving watching Rio grow up. It is a great distraction as I recover from a concussion from a terrible fall. ❤

Hi Francis, my son who’s 15 is a regular fainter! We’ve had him checked out and he has a very low resting heartbeat because he is very fit (swims 6 x a week). Always faints when he’s just woken up or gets up suddenly. Has strategies in place now which includes a quick drink of water before he gets out of bed. Worth checking when you go for your checks. Honestly you are doing a fabulous job with Rio & you put him & his needs first. My god it was a good job you were no where near those stair or in a dangerous place when you passed out. Please get checked out properly & get a staircase made. Trust me, one day in a split second he’ll escape you & you’ll be annoyed at yourself. Be safe please. I’d rather stay home with Rio any day. You both needed it. He’s unsettled and you needed a home rest day. Love watching your videos x

🌺🌿 🌺🌿 🌺🌿 Chiming in with my mother's day thoughts, just to kind of add to what you were saying... I raised my 4 children completely alone, ever since my oldest was 11 and I was still pregnant with my youngest, and so, whenever father's day would come around over the years, and the other school children were making cards for their dads, my children would still write Happy Father's Day on theirs bc they would say I was both the mother and the father all year long lol. I did the cooking and the cleaning but I also went to every single sporting event my boys were involved in and I bought a drum set when my son showed interest in music. I always thought that was so sweet of my kids to think that way about me and appreciate what I did for them as a parent ❤

I am so grateful you are ok Francis. I do not suffer with the type of syncope you have. I am a extravert with great communication skills ACCEPT when it comes to me. I must always be "on" and ready to take care of others. Not communicating how I feel...has given into night terrors... anxiety...a few times zoning out... I finally admitted to myself I'm human.... it's going to be ok. Y'all are awesome daddies...Rio is so happy and loved! The music was phenomenal!!!! Best advice I ever got.....being a parent is like the wind. Ride it out with lots of love and everyone will be ok. Hugs, love God bless y'all ❤

Francis my dear friend you are very hard on yourself! You are always so busy, you need to take some time off to do me time to just relax. I am suffering if you he sane symptoms you have been dealing with. Luckily it’s only been two years but symptoms are presenting themselves mire often. The only thing they have found so far is a slow heart rate and not necessarily at rest but during sleep it drops drastically. I am doing a stress test Friday and seeing the internist at that time. Hopefully i the ill get an answer. But when tired symptoms are easily stimulated.♥️♥️💙

I have a friend who suffers from the same fainting issue! He was a groomsman in my sisters wedding and had to sit down cause he almost passed out during the ceremony. And he did a couple times before I cut his hair… I wonder if he was that scared of the cut!! 😂😂
