is philly safe im thinking about moving there by myself im a young female looking to start over is it expensive there??

let me know what you find out. I'm a young female looking to do the exact same thing and I want to know where to stay clear of. I usually use the Trulia apps map to show me the crime rates for an apartment I'm looking at I'd still like to know where it's safe and not safe to be alone.
