Spend the night in a luxury hotel with shower sounds and ac white noise for an amazing nights sleep, with me! Subscribe for more relaxing videos: kzfaq.info...
The shower part of the video loops after only 10 minutes. Very little water was used.
What a fun video to create to help you sleep my friends. For this week's video, I was traveling in the city of Phoenix. Upon entering the relaxing hotel room, I knew I could produce a video that shared this sleep experience with anyone who needed a good nights sleep.
To get started I set my camera up in the middle of the room to capture the true feel of the big relaxing bed, in this plush hotel. From there I overlayed the air conditioner sounds in the top left of the video, to promote that warm surrounding hum that we all find soothing. Lastly I added in the shower sounds from the adjacent room, to complete the sleep soundscape atmosphere. At the five minute mark, the screen goes dim as not to disturb your rest. Relax and sleep well my friends.

I was thinking earlier today about how much effort you put into making these videos and keeping them unique and of high quality. I know it may not mean much coming from some chick off of the internet lol but I sincerely thank you for all that you do. In every video I see loads of comments of how you've helped ppl relax, sleep, get through tough times, overcome medical conditions, recreate childhood memories, etc and I think that's truly amazing. You've also created the friendliest most supportive community of people here in your comments sections and THAT IS HARD TO ACHIEVE in today's crazy world... so again, I just simply want to say thank you. me and my family had been staying in hotels due to having no where to stay while waiting for our home to be ready, were now in our home and moving in smoothly but i oddly found myself missing the comfort of the hotel noises as i slept. its legitimately crazy that you posted this now, im not sure you know how much affect your videos have but i truly appreciate this more than i can say🧡🧡 And to anyone else who see this comment may you be blessed 10 times over. i never feel more safe than i do in these comments sections so beautiful

I have been listening to these videos of yours every single night for the last 3-4 years .. Due to having autism and severe ADHD the sound of silence is like the loudest thing you can imagine to me when you try and go to sleep.. Without you making these videos i dont know how i would be able to fall asleep every night. Thank you so much for this. When I was little I used to wake up early when my mom would get a bath and I would lay next to the bath tub. I’d fold a towel for my head and cover myself with another towel and press my ear to the ground to hear the heavy water running through the pipes. It would put me right to sleep and I’d be at complete peace. To this day anytime someone takes a bath or shower I get in bed and try to fall asleep before they’re done. The only problem is knowing they won’t be in there all night. Thank you for replicating this!

These videos help with my anxiety. A love of water sounds good back to my childhood when I would listen to the bathtub fill as a way to escape the world and my worries. To this day, sounds like this bring back those wonderful tingly feelings. I’m glad this helps you. Be well.

As someone, with expensive headphones, this is pure art. Like i said before, you should make an ambient album with field recordings and interior ambience. I would buy such an album, Randall. Me and my family traveled a lot before 2020 and we stayed in hotels that somehow had the same layout all the time but usually when we got back from whatever we where doing I would get into the shower first and so that means I sleep first and as my eyes were closing and I had no thoughts of anything I slowly drifted to sleep to these sounds.

I was homeless for 4 and a half years and i used to bounce from hotel to hotel ; ironically i always find myself missing the sounds of the shower or that big bulky ac unit in the room right next to the bed i would sometimes make a pallet in the bathroom floor and leave the shower on while i fell asleep idk why that sound just does something to me

thank youu i’m currently dealing with bronchitis and food poisoning plus on my period so as you can imagine i’m struggling lol i’m already in a hotel now but i can’t have the AC on bc i don’t wanna get more sick and ofc i can’t leave the shower running all night and without at least the AC i cannot sleep at all but with this video it’s literally exactly what i needed so thank you so much! 🙏🏽🤍

Thank you! I get very limited time to sleep because of my schedule. Sometimes less than 5 hrs of sleep but this has helped tremendously. Even though I still lack sleeping hours this has improved the quality of what little sleep I get.

You've done it again my friend! I always sleep well at hotels, I don't ever seem to have the insomnia that I have at home; I know the sound is a big reason (that and the super comfy beds and crisp clean sheets!)

Ive been dealing with anxiety attacks alot these past couple morning and theyve been prolonged sometimes lasting even until 4 of 5 in the afternoon. These attacks often cripple me to a curled up ball as I'm in consistent pain for a few hours, I find myself completely ok on my bathroom floor asleep soundless and in no pain. Thank you. If you have any idea how much these videos you create honestly help real people out here. Its amazing and you have such a kind soul.

Might I also add the pictures of the A.c. and shower above you sleeping was so relaxing. That made me go to sleep the most, seeing other people asleep helps me go to sleep as I start matching there vibes of being genuinely relaxed.

I absolutely love these videos! I have been a huge fan of Randall here since he uploaded that Bathroom Fan video, I swear that I have listened to that one for a thousand nights.
