Bruh I'm first okay 🤟🏆 By the way here's a massam curry recipe: Thailand Ingredients: 1 ½ lbs (680g) boneless chicken thighs or beef, thinly sliced 2 tablespoons oil 1 can (14 oz / 400ml) coconut milk 2-3 tablespoons Massaman curry paste 2 potatoes, peeled and diced 1 onion, sliced 1 red bell pepper, sliced 1 tablespoon fish sauce (optional) 1 tablespoon palm sugar or brown sugar 2 tablespoons tamarind paste or lime juice 1 cup (240ml) chicken broth or water ¼ cup (60g) roasted peanuts Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional) Instructions: Heat the oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat. Add the Massaman curry paste and cook for about a minute until fragrant. Add the coconut milk and stir until well combined with the curry paste. Add the chicken or beef slices and cook until they are no longer pink. Add the potatoes, onion, and red bell pepper to the pot. Stir to coat the vegetables with the curry sauce. Pour in the chicken broth or water and bring the curry to a simmer. Cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes. Stir in the fish sauce (if using), palm sugar, and tamarind paste or lime juice. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
