I unlocked everything in the Pit Stop back in October 2020. It took me 10 months to earn enough coins.

I have 1.2M wumpa coins and I have nothing else to buy... I wish Beenox put the GP decals available to buy, there are 3 that I don't have and I feel incomplete (?)

I feel the same thing on the grand prix decals. I really want the remaining ones (Nitro Tour, T-Rex Chicken, and Spyro N. Friends).

I remember getting a burnt out after grinding for Wumpa Coins at least I'm enjoying my retirement of CTRNF.

If I think about getting this game for my Switch I'll probably just get the Nitros Oxide Edition so I can already have most of the CNK characters, but its still gonna be a pain though, I have to do the Adventure mode again, then beat all the N.Tropy, Oxide, and Velo ghost again, and buy everything from the pit stop which is gonna take ages

Glad to see you're doing better. You need areound 1 million Wumpa coins to clear out the pit stop. Sad to see that this game is slowly dying. Even on the PS4 it's getting harder to find online matches, at least for me.
