Very Good video. Another challenge I face is that during international travel you don't require an OTP,hence several times the receptionist says that the card we present is a partner card but then later you get hit with a USD 25 or other denomination charges ,the only option is then to dispute the transaction with your credit card company ..so it is very difficult to say at times if there will be no charge or even if your card says complimentary international lounge visits and the receptionist says its a partner card and is validated.

Sir I have vetta credit card. They give me complimentary priority pass. I use one international lounge at this. SBI Prime credit card me bhi international lounge hai. to kya mujhe uske liye alag priority pass ki jrurat h. Ya fir priority pass ek hi rhta h . Or lounge benifits credit card par depend krta h. Sir i have kotak zen credit card. usme terms and conditions yeh hai. please explain. 4. Travel benefits Cardholders can receive eight complimentary airport lounge visits (two every quarter) within India. 5. Priority pass access Cardholders are entitled to a free priority pass membership and three free visits to priority pass international lounges per year at more than 1300 lounges. If the customer has made at least four purchases in the previous 12 months, priority pass cards will be issued at no cost upon customer request for the primary cardholder only. However, if the cardholder does not do four transactions in the previous 12 months, they can opt for a paid priority pass at Rs. 2000 (plus taxes).

Great video sir. You did not mention about lounge key and dragon pass. And what about DCB addon. Does it also offer unlimited lounge access? Some people are saying that at some lounges they have placed problem in swiping second DCB as Hdfc provides same card cumber to addon? Have you ever faced similar problem? Some say they have swiped DCB primary only twice for 2 people access? And isn't DCB better than infinia as you can take anyone with you as it is without priority pass?

Thanks. I used DCB for myself and my family, and never faced any issues. DCB Add-on also provides unlimited lounges. Never used same DCB twice for multiple entries, but it might work as card numbers are same on Add-on HDFC. Please mention here if you could use DCB twice at the same time for guest visits. With Infinia, you can use your credit card also instead of Priority Pass at domestic airports.

@@SpendWiselyOfficial some of my friends have made their guests enter using DCB at lounges outside india as it offers unlimited swipes and sometimes the charges are shown in statement but they remain unbilled and are not added to monthly statement. So in a way its better than priority pass for which the same name person can only enter

I have few questions. How many hours before the flight departure, we can access/enter lounge? Can we access lounge on direct (non connecting) flight at departure airport? How can we confirm that we'll be charged only ₹2, before making the payment? Does the POS machine show price before making the payment? What is the maxium time we can access this lounge before getting charged extra?

Yes, you can access lounge at departure airports after security check even for direct flights. POS machines shows the amount being deducted, you can deny entering pin. Maximum time is ideally 2 hours. But no body checks

6:40 wrong information. My HDFC intermiles has 4 lounge access. I had asked my friend to be 5-6 people behind me in the queue. After my transaction was verified, I went back and gave him the card. So maybe after another 2-3 minutes, another lounge transaction happened on the card and it was approved.

was looking for this info so thanks a lot!! i have IDFC wealth card so do they give add on card with priority pass as well? ie add on cards have lounge access as well?

Yea, IDFC Wealth card Add-on card holders also get lounge access. IDFC provides Dreamfolks card, not priority pass.

@@SpendWiselyOfficial thanks for replying, actually I got the IDFC Wealth CC some 6 months back and remember it had the Priority pass card in the post along with the CC, need to find it 😀 but yes as you said now it shows Dreamfolks in the website

I don't agree with you point that if I have 3 cards with my name then I can take my guests also with those cards. I think there is boarding pass check is must.

It used to be, but no more at domestic airports. At least at Mumbai and Delhi airports I personally used it. They just ask for no. credit cards basis number of people entering. They don’t ask for boarding pass nowadays.

Sir mera hdfc regalia first ke sath priority pass aaya tha 6 saal pehle. 3 saal baad mera hdfc ka card to refresh hoke aagaya lekin priority pass refresh hoke ni aaya. Aabhi mera priority pass 2021 me expire hua wa hai. Prioty pass ki website pe to option hi ni hai reissue karne ka

Hello. I was told by equitas bank, that I can use priority pass in Goa domestic longue. I used it and latter I got a bill for it for Rs.2000 plus taxes. But, the price of lunch at domestic Goa longue was Rs.1000 plus taxes. Can you please suggest what should I do? Thank you.

Diners black allows unlimited lounge access to both Add on and Primary Card holders. And both primary and Add-on cards have same numbers, so it might work. I haven’t tried it, although
