As a surge main, I would love to see his served ice cold star power to become base. He’s bad without it, and would make him more fun cause when you play him it doesn’t even feel like you have a star power.

The sad thing about Leon is that he is nearly completely useless if you don’t have his HC/lvl 11. He had virtually 0 competitive presence before his HC, and now he’s in a situation where he needs it to do anything. I really hope they rebalance his hypercharge so they can make his base kit impactful. Obviously a brawler who is balanced around his Super not being active while attacking and has Star Powers that are balanced around the inability to attack during Super will become broken with a Hypercharge that completely removes that restriction. Maybe if they reworked it so his SP effects end after attacking (even with the HC), it’d make the HC more balanced so that he could be deserving of a base kit buff

Im surprised you didnt pick spike for the overrated section, now i understand that spike is usually only seen in the lower ranks like mythic and legendry but every other game i hop in those ranks either my opponent picks spike or my teammates pick spike. Modifier doesnt matter, map doesn't matter, gamemode doesnt matter, if they have spike they will pick it and unless its banned which lets be real never happens nothing will stop me from not having to face or play with a spike.

for griff , they should just change his movement speed to very fast . That would make his shots hit much easier

melodie in my opinion is a little overrated but is still very strong because there are a lot of more agro brawlers that can kill melodie because she cant speed away as fast and their damage is more than her notes

I agree with almost everything, except with bibi being overrated. If all, I'd say she's kinda underrated. Instead of her, I'd put crow in the overrated list.

griff's super has a bug, in fact, it does more damage up close, on quickfare it is unbearable, never let the rival team choose griff in heist, brawl ball or any map that gives him enough space to shoot effectively, you will have a terrible time (same with leon) also, they are simply the maps that benefit surge and rosa, in gameplay i don't really feel any difference in terms of balance changes, surge still feels so fragile, but can easily counter meta brawlers like sandy, buster and such in grassy maps
