Price and Soap are Western Private Military Contractors and Russian Army were hiding in Himachal Pradesh. Chinese and Russian military are also seen in Myanmar and Himachal Pradesh in 2025 as we seen in Call of Duty Black Ops II

The task force 141 was an intergovernmental military alliance led by an United States general to hunt down the ultranacionalist terrorist cells of Vladimir Makarov and all the personnel were soldiers members from their respective governmental military. Price, Ghost and Soap for example, were British SAS members deployed to the TF 141. After the events in Loose Ends the TF members were disallowed for treason and labbed terrorists by the United States. After that, they didn't became Private Military Contractors, simply because they didn't belong to a organization or faction.

There are lot of air defence units and army camps in Himachal Pradesh ..... how did Makarov's men get in ? Anyways if Price's men did'nt get in the Indian Army would have wiped them off easily.

It's kind off western media.. Like you have to assume that they somehow breached. The war in mw3 wages throughout whole Europe even in countries like Czech Republic.... It was assumed that they defended but failed. I first saw this type of situation when US tv series "seal team" had my country Bangladesh and even your country in 2 cases where one case was about replicating 26/11 attack.. Non of these instances showed our respective militaries actively involving rather a 6 man team of US Navy seals in mission.... However it was told that local forces were in action.
