Yup certain experiences do retard a person it warps your perception and when your perception is damaged it sets off healthy thinking which dictates behavior that usually inclines a person to lean more towards less than beneficial actions.

I am glad a woman was brought onto the platform to give that feminine energy. I also salute everything she's doing in the city. However, I think her perspective on crime shows why most women are not equipped to lead in that area. So "Baby K", the 15 year old who killed a 24 year old woman in DC & tried to kill another teenager on the bus in PG was just a "kid" right? We should just give him a good "talking to"? C'mon, now...yes the criminal justice system is skewed against black males. But some of those black males need to be locked away for our protection.
