No Bake Easy Oreo Cheesecake Bars
These dense and creamy oreo cheesecake bars are incredibly delicious, made with a cookie base and topped with a creamy cheesecake filling. So the crust is sweet and crunchy and the filling is rich, creamy and decadent. These are the easiest and tastiest bars out there and perfect for evening parties or just with a cup of coffee.

NO BAKE sounds good but freeze 3-4 hours doesn’t sound better..

Just made these. They're really good, incredibly dense, creamy and rich, I'd say even a little too much. Definitely only for hardcore sweets lovers such as myself (and I couldn't eat more than one piece at a time which happens very rarely haha). I added a tiny bit of coconut oil to the base mix for a nice subtle note of coconut.
