But if you follow some easy and simple steps, you can also make perfect and crispy French fries every time at home. This is why I have prepared this recipe after trying out tons of different french fries recipes. Hope you like the video!

Zel Ezl yes suree 1)First peel off the potatoes and cut it into slices and keep them in some cold water for 10-15 mins 2)after that put some water in the stove and when it starts boiling add 1-1.5 table spoon of salt for 3 potatoes... and then put the potato slices on the boiling water and boil them for 3 mins.. 3) after 3 mins take them off and spead them into a kitchen towel to dry them.. once they r dry enough then fry them in high heat for 3 mins and after 3 mins get them off and again out them in a towel and make sure the towel soaks the oils from them properly its a very important thing.. and when u can see the potatoes have came to room temperature then freeze them for 15-30 mins before frying... 4) after 15 to 30 mins fry them in high heat until it turns golden ...then take them off and put them into a strainer and spread some pinch of salt 🧂 in them and shake the strainer as it has been shown in the video.. Zel Ezl 😇 yess you should try this one... it really tastes like the restaurant ones... and as my opinion do not keep it in the freezer over night or longer though all the youtubers say it can be kept for frying later but after just 1 night it does not taste as good as it does when u fry it after freezing it for only 15-30 mins..thank you

I tried it Once! But i made in different ways.. I added egg and flour in it and then mixed all of these properly, with adding pinch of red chili powder also..then i fried it as well.. The taste was amazing.. Trust me! ❣️
