Just wondering what to do with monkfish ... est voila! That's a beautiful meal. When I have to spray my pans, I open the door of my dishwasher and spray it inside. Easy peasy. Have a great spring!

Monkfish looks really good, hearty actually - the potatoes .. well, they are potatoes after all, the best food on the planet! This would all be good with the peas dish from the last video. Love your presentations.

This looks fabulous! I am going to try it all! I have made trifle, but many years ago. I knew nothing about monk fish, but is sounds like my kind of fish, boneless and tastes like lobster! What more could you want! So happy that you are back filming!
