OK I am African-American a little bit of Cuban and my family always laughed at me when I would eat the bone marrow of things like this I love it they laugh at me a smile back and I still eat🙃😉

I think it just depends on your family and how they grew up. Tons of my family on my black side cook this and eat it. The only person in my family on my white side that ate it was my mother.

I’m from the Bahamas and we make soups with all kinds of parts of the animal and sucking out the juices in a marrow is un describable. Certain food only can be appreciated if you were grown up eating it. Yummm

@@MomshieAyeVlog it’s like no other. The thing is for breakfast lunch and dinner, all could be considered dinner foods. The level of yumminess and comfort and need to sleep after is at 100!!!!!

@@MomshieAyeVlog see we would’ve sucked on that bone until it was white. All the juices out. Stick the tongue on the hold as far as can go and just get all the little particles. Like I would’ve killed those bones.

Yes!! This is very healthy! Helps with arthritis...my dad used to eat marrow too...I would like to try your recipe. Looks yummy 😋...

It causes cancer. Like for example a patient who recovered from cancer ate this there's 100 percent that his or her cancer is coming back and it will nolonger be treatable

I don't eat too much of the thingy of the beef in the middle (I forgot how Filos call it) but I enjoy how you present and eat. Super neat and clean. Keep it up Ate! 👍🏻
