2 medium sized onions Salt as required 1 and half spoon ginger garlic paste, 3 green chillies and few curry leaves 1 tsp black pepper powder 2 tsp coriander powder 2 and half tsp Kashmir powder 1 tsp garam masala Add chicken Add 6 crushed dried Kashmir red chilles Close and cook for 10 mins Open and stir well, close for 5 mins again Add 2 Tbsp tomato sauce Cook for 5 mins Add few more curry leaves Stir and ready to serve
