I've never had catfish before. I'm a King fish girl😁 I would say it looks very delicious and the mango chow is a real good tip. I do live in Canada so I don't think I've seen it before. Food look soooooo delicious. I like the way you cooked your curry. Nice and simple. You didn't put all those things like coconut milk, ochra, sigan and other ingredients like the guyanese does. Dinesh ,why didn't you put the container of sorrel in an ice bath instead it would have cool down faster ,you went through all that by throwing in cup to the next when all you had to do was put it the ice bath which you would have gotten a faster result ,like when you want to chill a bottle of champagne.
