- That white dip (the one you are dipping the fried fish in) is called tartar sauce. - Also that pinkish, thinly sliced thing that you are eating with your sushi is pickled ginger. - Also one more thing you are meant to boil the veggies and the noodles together while preparing your blackbean noodles not to put the veggies at last like garnish - Also seaweed sheet is present in the chicken tempura sushi but on the inside as it is like a California roll. (Just a little background … the early California roll was wrapped traditional style, with the seaweed sheet on the outside, which the American customers tended to peel off. Therefore, the roll "inside-out", i.e., uramaki version was eventually developed in which seaweed sheet was inside and rice outside.)

These three basic condiments of sushi must pickled ginger/gari(pink color), soy sauce and the third one might be kewpie mayo (Japanese mayo). Hope this helps and traditionally it's wasabi that is accompanied with Sushi but kewpie mayo works well too. And with Fish and Chips, it is a tartar sauce (most famous accompanied dip)
