Soft Chocolate Cake | Steamed Chocolate Cake | No Oven, No Eggs, No Mixer
Ingredients:
All purpose flour or maida - 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Cocoa powder - 1/3 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/8 tsp
For frosting :
Dark chocolate - 150 g
milk - 100 ml
Butter - 1/2 tsp

This is exactly how a recipes channel should look like!! Clean, clear, without noisy music, (although it was possible to put quiet background music, but still it is good). My oven is busted, and you are the first person to demonstrate properly; how one puts it into a double boiler, with the pan,etc. I can't thank you enough for providing a chocolate cake that has salt and lemon juice to give it that extra punch. The idea of using a frying pan with water for the frosting was also excellent tutoring. 👌 😂😂❤❤❤
