I have seen some rumors of Antman being in this movie. I can only think of one reason why Scott Lang would be included. If Lang was in the quantum realm during "No Way Home", he would not have been affected by Strang's spell. Lang would walk past Peter and simply say "Hello Kid". Peter would ask Lang how they knew each other and he would be a link between Peter and the people who used to know him.

BTW, I'm rewatching Captain America: Civil War starting with that first trailer. It's hard to believe I went from Marvel's biggest fan to I'm not watching anything from Marvel.

Echo proved Kingpin is a perfect storm. He's gone too far to turn back now. He had a chance to change his life, but he'd rather stay a rabbit in a snowstorm. Daredevil and Spider-Man will have no choice but to stop him in Daredevil Born Again and Spider-Man 4.

Unfortunately nothing even close to this can happen. Sony won't let it. I personally think that Sony considers SpiderMan to be a hero on the level of Iron Man/Captain America. They would never allow him to work in a team with such lowly heroes as Daredevil, Echo, Kate Bishop, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Punisher.

Kind of curious how Kingpin links MJ and Ned to Peter when no one is around to fess up and physical records have all been changed to erase Peter. That is a massive plot hole that is impossible to resolve.

SpiderMan watching over them has not been shown in canon so it's not a plot point you can build on unless you establish it in your own fanfic and, maybe I'm misremembering, but I don't remember Ryan establishing it in his.

@@Dredhedassassin what footage? It has all been removed by the spell. Nothing, not even digital images, can remember Peter. So he'd have to start hanging around them in the post-spell universe for there to be footage of him with them and that has not been established in Ryan's fanfic.

The public already know Frank Castle is The Punisher (represented by Matt Murdock while Punisher was in prison with Fisk), so Fisk hires Castle to "hit" Spiderman, setting up the classic Spiderman comic introducing The Punisher.

It was entertaining enough. So, not bad. I never read the Echo comics or any of that. And I am aware of how they change the character for the show, etc. It didn't bother me. However, when they showed flashbacks to 1200ce when the Natives in Alabama are playing lacrosse, why was there a white guy in the crowd? That truly made no sense! I know some people are implying that was Odin. But that's a crap theory. And to the other people saying it was supposed to be a viking explorer. Vikings didn't make it to Alabama. They settled in Newfoundland Canada. Far away.

Did anyone hear that Sony WANTS to continue to work closely with Marvel? I saw the whole "Forget who Peter was" thing as a way to sever Sony from needing to work in conjunction with Marvel regarding Spider-Man. Not that I assumed that was the case but Spider-Man's future in the MCU seems kind of uncertain to me.

Just incase this happens ...I really hope Steve Carrell plays Doctor Doom . I feel like if he was in the full costume , with face mask, and cape. The mannerism he would find and if they somehow altereed his voice on set with the mask and melded better in post.. I've been thinking about this for way to long haha and seeing all who have come and gone and the levels of their off the ground physics.. that element of drama comedy improv humor satire.. thanos and doom in a car with darkseid comic haha or even hearing how he could even talk in the third person... It just seems a really great combination to at least give a costume test haha love the vids have a great one

The days of hiring the comic book nerd writers and directors or writers and directors who honor the source material and try to do right by these characters. I have a question: Could it make sense if spider man would team up with venom and will use him as a suit, even after spider man 4? Because this venom is still from Eddies one, who wasnt a villain, but helped him to beat other villains. It will also be a good Upgrade for Peter because the Villain in Avengers 5 and 6 will be on multiversal level and since he doesnt have the nanosuit anymore(maybe it will change), he would only have the classic suit.

@ihavenoname-qm8nr odds are the piece of venom won't be sentient so it wouldn't be much of a "team up" but yes the symbiote would be useful in the Avengers movies but i wouldn't be surprised if it's removed from him by someone like Thor who could recognise a klyntar and advise against wearing it and inform Spider-Man it's an alien lifeform

The only multiversal story that I could see being effective with Toby and Andrew returning would be if they build on the final scene where when Venom went back to his own universe, but a part of the symbiote was left behind. This would give them a good reason to have all three meetup again to fight the new Venom with Toby's experience with a Venom and they could even say that Andrew had faced his own (offscreen), but since this new one has some kind of multiversal aura around it and Tom's Spiderman has nobody else to turn to (them not knowing who he is), he somehow reaches out to Toby and Andrew to help contain the symbiote craziness.

I agree. MJ and Ned should be the cure for the symbiote. It would be cool to see how he tries to impress her with his new suit and abilities but she says: I liked you in the red and blue suit. You changed, everybody sees that in the city. He gets mad and go to The Daily Buigle to threats JJJ because his articles are reporting the dark side of Spider-Man. And then he realizes it's not fault of the news but the symbiote. :D

King pin becomes mayor, Spidey sees DD attacking the mayor and they fight a couple times, until they actually talk and find out they are on the same side, and team up to fight Fisk... The end

I thought it was realized that Pointdexter wasn’t in love, but wanted to learn how to be more neighborly and social normal… that’s why he was following that young lady around. She was going to teach him how to operate normally but Fisk wanted to keep him unhinged.

Its hard to take Kingpin seriously, considering he keeps losing. If it only takes Hawkeye to beat him, then it shouldnt take a team, which includes Spider-Man, to beat him

The thing with villians like Norman Osborn or the Kingpin, is that they find ways to come back. They take a big chunk out of Peter, like losing a loved one because of them, get caught or 'killed', and always find a way to come back even worse than before. They change their faces, obtain seats in government or wealthy business, and influence the public by changing their image to a 'good guy', totally mind-effing with Peter, Daredevil or any arch-nemesis.

Matt Murdock can't forget who Peter Parker is. Give him some credit, his senses are amazing. One wiff of Peter's stupid cologne or hair gel and he will say "Hi, Peter." Peter would obviously visit for an interview first as Peter, then come later as Spider-Man to help him escape once Daredevil is convinced to go with him. This leading to a wiff of something familiar and BOOM! "Hi, Peter, now go home and enjoy a latte I have some work to do."

Is it me or does it seem like the writers of ScreenCrush write better stories than the Marvel writers? Why don’t you guys write your own show? This feels like Michael Jordan analyzing high school basketball film. This video is seriously impressive. I know a lot of what happened here somewhat happened in the comics so theres some reference, but the foresight and puzzle piecing from you guys is what Marvel is lacking right now. Write new characters, make it animated, make it a true TV MA show, trust the audience, put it on KZfaq TV and make the series that Marvel could never make.

@@AZUREBLADE_YT Yeah but anything that occurs in the MCU has to go thru Disney first. They are in a joint custody type of thing with Sony. I want this movie to be dope but Disney’s corporate interference has really been hurting the Final Cut of all these movies lately. Fingers are still crossed thoo 🤞🏽

@@AZUREBLADE_YT The Best things since Endgame “imo” has been WandaVision, Dr Strange 2, Spiderman, and Loki. Ms Marvel and Moonknight had potential but their endings ruined it for me. Everything else has been really hard to watch and it feels forced.

damn that was brilliant! The MJ/Peter redemption speech made me cry. Well done. Though the symbiote has never quit so easily, so we'd need Punisher and his flamethrower (or sonic weapon) earlier than before it latches onto Kingpin.
