Finally! Someone mentioned The Super Mario Bros. Super Show, he also didn't have an Italian accent in the 1993 Super Mario Bros. film adaptation and he also had a Brooklynite accent. Maybe they're leaning towards that direction?

I don’t mind the change of voice for Mario as I don’t think Chris would’ve done a good job with that usual voice, I’m hoping they go for a Brooklyn accent from the Super Show as I feel it fits Chris’ deeper voice. As for the “It’s-a me, Mario!” nod, I’m thinking that’s where Charles Martinet’s cameo will come into play.

Just want to tell Cris this, it’s been revealed back in August of this year that the writers of Sonic The Hedgehog movie were called by WB to write Tom and Jerry (2021). But WB executives get rid of Pat and Josh because they don’t want the cat and mouse to be the main focus.

They are definitely going to do it. There’s too much money on the table for them not to. The split between the Spider-Man community is big. You have your Tom Holland fans, Tobey fans, and Andrew fans. Sony will make money off of all 3 which is indeed a smart plan.

OK I have a theory for why mario won't have the Italian accent. Mario starts with Charles martine (I'm 99 percent sure I completely messed up his name) and then takes some sort of big bump which makes him sound like whatever Chris prat will voice him like. Don't know just a thought

I think it made sense because originally, when the first trailer, where with the sanic rip-off design and it was going to be released November 2019, making the Christmas joke more relevant, but was push back to February where we got the movie people love, November Relevant for Sonic here

For individual villain movie, the only thing I'd imagine is that they'd have to introduce a morally grey area. So even if the audience doesn't side with them morally, they can get behind them being protagonist. Then when it's all done and to go against Spider-Man. We're more emotionally invested because it's not a clear black and white where we side with Spidey. Idk. Just throwing thoughts out

5:20. Well, That’s to be expected for the Mario movie. I knew they were change Mario because let’s be honest nobody can get Mario’s accent then Charles martinet. Plus, Mario didn’t have an accent in cartoon series. And sound perfectly fine, so it would be the first time Mario didn’t have his accent. As a casual power rangers fan if I'm gonna be honest I'm a little glad that the power rangers reboot is going to Netflix considering how the franchise has over the years with the help of its Japanese counter part super sentai has managed over time to gave it a cinematic quality despite being on the small screen.

Next to No Way Home, Sonic 2 is my other most anticipated film of next year. As a long time fan of the franchise (and I'm obsessed with the lore) I'm just excited for what this film is going to bring us. While everyone keeps saying Eggman is going to create Shadow (NGL I hate that idea because he created Metal Sonic not Shadow) I'm curious about the changes they might do with it.

I am still so sad they did not continue the live action power rangers movie. To me, it hit all the marks and lined us up for an epic sequel as it took so long for them to get their powers. Plus the tease at the end I mean wow, talk about dropping the ball. Sequel would of made more money.

The movie wasn’t that bad!! I just don’t think people wanted a Power Rangers movie. They could make the movie look as cool as they wanted and people would still NOT see it because Power Rangers has always been seen as a joke.

Supersets: Eh, not really into it. I'll pass after seeing this trailer Sonic: Been interested since the first movie. This seems fitting to release something for the movie for Thanksgiving Mario: I think it's just better to wait and see what he sounds like in actual footage, so I'm not terribly bugged by this yet Power Rangers: Seems like a lot for all of that to be on Netflix, but I guess it makes sense after the 2017 film even though I enjoyed that one No Way Home: It makes sense, but who knows given No Way Home isn't out yet? Sony Spider-Man films: Idk. Depends on how No Way Home goes out to me

The frist live action power rangers was ok it sucks that it dnt say the famous words when they turn in power rangers I grow up watch the old school power rangers I always got excited when they sayed those words it my opinion that's all

Just keep in mind the Mario Brothers aren't from Italy, they were born and raised in Brooklyn, so while you can make an argument about an Italian accent, a Brooklyn accent would also make a whole lot of sense, and we have also seen a Brooklyn accent for Mario, which alot of people would recognize and be fine as we get it in the super Mario super show.

well, Captain Lou Albano did the voice of Mario for the Super Mario Bros. Super Show as well as the adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World tv series. he also didn't do an Italian accent, but for Chris Pratt as Mario without the accent, I think he'll do just fine for the upcoming Mario film that will premiere next Christmas which is next year
