Swimming, wading, and motorized boats prohibited, now this is part of Moreau State Park, NY. Serious undertow currents will take down even the best swimmers. No one in our groups got hurt, just a bunch of outdoor rednecks. Masked in natural beauty of hundred year old pines, huge white & black birch, lies danger to those unfamiliar with this area. One guy caught poison ivy blistered him inside for the summer. Still a nice area with pictureque flora & fauna from the foothills of the Adirondacks.
