Q- would this cut make thin hair look really frizzy? What texture hair does this cut do best with?

Anything razor, twist cut with scissors,. you'll get frizz. Especially with wavy + hair. Anything you 'thin' leaves a head full of shorter, thinner hair. aka, frizz. The ability to go natural without product is shot.
