I love this song too, because it says that we are all unique and there are always people trying to put us down and crititcize, but Carlie says," let em laugh while they can, but we have been to the movies and we've seen how it ends". Hi Jaybee I just watched this reaction video and was compelled to reach out to you. I have suffered clinical depression for many years and I know how hard it is to just go on day to day. There is no need to apologize for crying it's part of being a sensitive human being. I do hope you have people that you feel able to talk to about how you feel, and that they are empathetic and non judgemental. Being depressed and alone is very difficult, I know from personal experience. Try to think and do things that make you feel good, even if only for a short time as that alleviates the pressure. Most of us have lost people we know or that are cloose to us, which is NEVER an easy thing to go through. Covid just made everything even worse. Take one day at a time. Rinse and repeat. All of a sudden a year has passed, and today's hardships have become easier to manage. They will still be in your memory, but in the rear mirror rather than on the front screen, staring you in the face. Things WILL get better with time.
