hello sir, i am your subscribed student but this particular video explain a lot of terminology which is not explained in early videos. the new terms which i find is hyper or hypotonia , a-reflexia, faciculations and fibralations also upgoing an downgoing bubensci and many more later on including spinal cord areas. i wanna tell you i study all videos upto here but i think there is a need to put a video before thisfor basics specially on official website. please reply if i miss something and i also try to contact you on website but sadly no response..

Dr Najeeb I have been suffering so bad since I fell face first almost two years ago. For 9 months I started deteriorating and finally was sent to a neurologist who stated I had a herniated disc in my neck and replaced it with an implant all of my lower limb swelling and shocks and numbness and weakness subsided after the surgery although I was still working on a few areas for weakness and such I started having extreme muscle spasms and the swelling then came back quickly I also now have extreme pain in my neck that I did not have before the numbness and tingling is back in my hands my feet and legs swell up so huge the swelling is now in my face and neck the only thing that has made any of this better is steroids that I have been put on a couple times now my face has went numb and is consumed with an intense tingling sensation in my left ear and face very often I have extreme burning in my face that will come on suddenly last all day and then just disappear sometimes I get the burning in my chest but pools in my feet and you can see as it creates a bruise like affect and sometimes I can get rid of it by massaging it I have been having blowouts of little veins right underneath my skin that are now very visible dark and purple you can see all of the veins in my body I feel like my skin is very blotchy I have lost a lot of my vision my memory and I feel like No one will ever help me I feel like the surgeon doesn't want to even try to see if there are issues he did state that I had a huge bones for that grew around my implant and fused the vertebrae above and below it together That's what my symptoms started returning although he didn't put that in his visit summaries he showed him to me and told me that I was only patient he had ever had that this is happened too. I feel like in this small town nobody will listen and I just keep getting worse My heart feels sometimes like it will literally pound out of my chest like it beats so hard you can see my shirt moving up and down I was on steroids for about a week All of the swelling went away all the twitching went away I felt like I could actually think a little forever once in a long long time I could put my thoughts together and complete sentences without feeling lost for words The steroids are done now and the swelling came back with them three days I get so stiff but it's hard to even bend over or move I just want my life back can you please help I will pay you to look at my medical records and see if you can come up with an idea as to what is going on with my body and how we can stop it verity my life. Baban told by my sergeant multiple times it's not because of my neck but none of this stuff happened until I fell I feel very hard face first with nothing to break my fall I passed out was not able to drive for almost four days I had a migraine that lasted over a week and then I started realizing that I was having problems remembering things as my job was very busy and I would forget things that I would never forget and organization was becoming difficult for me and then out of the blue my left foot swelled so bad and it looked like the veins were going to explode it was the most excruciating pain it ever felt That's why we never went away and then it went into my right leg and foot mainly in my ankles and feet and then I started waking up to my hand on the left side being completely numb I couldn't even pick up my phone to see what time it was It started to get more and more difficult for me to get out of bed and my spouse would have to pick me up out of bed because I could not get up by myself I started walking like a robot and then I started getting shocked really bad at random times and it would make me fall I kept seeing my doctor and they didn't know what was wrong I saw a rheumatologist they found nothing finally I asked him he said to a neurologist and they found in his words almost complete flattening of the right side of my spinal cord I had signal changes whatever that means now they said I have spinal cord lesions but with all of this they still say that it wouldn't affect my vision my memory my hearing it's like when I watch these videos and do research and I'm not getting the answers that I'm looking for and I don't know what answers it is that I'm looking for but from what I have researched absolutely could cause all of my symptoms so what am I missing why will nobody listen please please help me I have all of my records I have all of my imaging I'm afraid that I'm going to end up dying I'm only 35 years old and I was very healthy....
