Kenpachi can be soloed with a maxed segunda/vollstanding/bankai and a glass cannon build, atleast from my experience.

The best way to solo Kenpanchi is to let the reinforcements handle him and he should be low enough to kill easily then, I’m trash so I messed up but yeah
