all the foods in spirited away look incredible, no matter how much the movie scared me as a kid haha here's the recipe: - 2 2/3 cups flour - 1 tbsp sugar - 2 tsp baking powder - 2 tsp yeast - 1 cup water - 1 tbsp oil - 1 can red bean paste 1. Add all the dough ingredients to a bowl, combine and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. 2. Divide into 2 balls and roll each into a large circle (making the edges thinner than the center). 3. Add red bean paste to the center and bring all the edges to the center and pinch shut. 4. Place the bun in your steamer and let it rise for 30 minutes. 5. Steam for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked and let rest before enjoying :)
