I’ve been going through a really intense depression. I finally decided today to start therapy, I re-arranged my entire room and cleaned up, now I’m in bed I’m reading this self help book while listening to this. I felt so sad and lonely, It was possible that I could cry at that moment. See, You've lived in a place and tried to turn back but after all you've learned many lessons. If only I was her, I would look back, 'cause I felt grateful for the helps. I'd let my parent return to their life and see them off. I think I'd already a part of spirits away!
