God brings me messages like this one to help me carry my cross. It's like I don't even have to search them out I open up the KZfaq and there it is. Thank you for posting this video. It helped remind me of all the things my spiritual father taught me before he went to be with the Lord. So many of the teachings and words of wisdom that you have packed into this hour have reawakened that which was clouded by grief. I even hesitate to say that I was grieving for I know he is with the Lord and that's a good thing for him. I often feel his presence still but mostly I have been able to sustain because he always pointed me to the Lord and always discouraged me from becoming too attached to him due to his direction. But we worked together for a long time and I can't help but miss his presence in my life especially with the way things have been going. That's why I had to write this comment and thank you for helping to remind me of all the wonderful things and tools and gifts that I have at my fingertips if only I will put aside my grief once and for all and replace it with the joy of walking with the Lord, undistracted. I learned that hard way that God doesn’t necessarily bestow gifts instantly. He lets you work towards them. I asked for the gift of understanding when I was five. I received a life full of challenges. The challenges helped me grow in understanding the most when I turned to God for the answers. As for problems, I caused most of them myself. Again, however, the best answer was always turning to God. Better yet was avoiding mistakes by asking God prayerfully and looking at how decisions stack up in terms of the 10 Commandments. In the end, I learned that it’s not my understanding that’s best but God’s. Funny that it took a lifetime to learn that simple thing.

Dear Fr. Ripperger: Your talks are so meaningful to me and evidently to many others, too. Sometimes the sound isn't so good, which makes it difficult to hear clearly everything you say, especially when you are not speaking directly into the mic. And this video's sound has a pronounced echo. Your words are too valuable to miss any of them. Please forgive my asking, but would it be possible to figure out how this could be improved? Although possible, I don't think the sound problem is in the listeners' end. Thank you for your kind consideration.

Nobody out there and I mean anywhere, is capable of explaining the gifts, fruits, and virtues of the Holy Spirit in lay man's terms. For 20 years now I've searched on and off till I get worn out. The faith was never intended by God to be this complex. I have yet to come across anyone with the gift of knowledge and understanding sufficient to express these issues simply.

The Holy Spirit is the WISDOM and from Her emanates the Sevenfold gifts. The Holy Spirit is also the Spirit of Truth.Just like Jesus is the Wisdom and the Truth. The profound mystery behind this is Jesus/Logos was given "flesh & blood" to become visible to us. Another profound mystery is the Holy Spirit was not incarnated like the Logos, but She takes on a more intimate way of making Her presence visible. How? She manifested intimately by dwelling in us, in a way Jesus is visible in a flesh but the Holy Spirit we make Her visible, we "enflesh" the Holy Spirit in our very own body. This is a profound mystery and I'm still reflecting on the profound humility of the Church why they don't magnify the personification of the WISDOM and the SPIRIT OF TRUTH. If we love Her, we will appreciate the Wisdom why the Apostles & Disciples even our Church today chose not to directly and forcibly reveal Her.... The Seven Sorrows of Mama Mary is so powerful and the talk of Fr.Ripperger by prayerful discernment will lead us to the TRUTH. Jesus said there's is one greater than John the Baptist who will testify in behalf of who He is? At this particular time only 3 SWORDS are penetrating Her Heart, the other 4 SWORDS, She still has to endure...The Pillar for WISDOM is slowly preparing Her a house for the fullness of the sevenfold gifts to dwell. They made a blunder! They didn't get that the HOLY SPIRIT = THE FATHER (who is a spirit) ("God is a spirit" Jn. 4:23,24). No "Lord who gives life" exists! Since the Father is a spirit, Jesus calls Him either "Holy Father" or "Holy Spirit", they are just two EQUIVALENT names for the SAME Person! 1. The blasphemy against the Holy Spirit means blasphemy against the Father, no one was forgotten, 2. The Holy Spirit SPEAKS when Jesus was baptized 3. The Father makes the miracle of the Mary's pregnancy 4. The Father leads Jesus into the desert 5. Jesus CORRECTLY reiterates dozens of times that "God is only made by A. the Father and B. the Son" e.g. "I am not ALONE because the Father is with me". The HOLY SPIRIT = THE FATHER. He is with Jesus. Of course He is mentioned only ONCE by Jesus as "the Father", no one was forgotten.

Not to bash, but if you don’t understand a religion like Buddhism how can you judge what you don’t understand. You shouldn’t judge others anyway. I am Catholic but I was taught to embrace all not to judge others. It seems the priest of today are very judgmental.
