@@MsGreenmermaid Hi, I personally aim for one day a week at random but I try to be obedient as to when I feel led to do it and override the flesh (especially when feeling spiritually attacked). I would say there's no right or wrong way to fast, I do 'water only' fast from when I wake up early morning until evening or dinner time. People will have different preferences and I feel it really depends on what your going through and how you feel also. It will get easier the more you override the flesh of feeling hungry, unwell, uncomfortable etc lol 💙

Also dive deep into the word, read your bible pray a lot x you won’t think about food as God gives you the strength and energy you need

Faith comes by hearing and reading the Word of God. So, no matter how painful 💔, run to God and start again WITH HIM ONLY even if you feel you have nothing left but Him. Jesus plus nothing = everything. Even if God seems silence, keep hitting that same painful spot 💔 again and again with God's Word. Something will eventually break and in this breaking, you will know God is with you. God loves you and He will never divorce you.
