@@anythingforselenas806Clear bias towards the woman. She didn’t even consider the man’s PPO. She kept asking what the woman wanted, and ignored his case. She even suggested she would be open to giving the woman a PPO against him. That is far beyond the scope of her duties in this situation, and is against the rules. She is not allowed to give legal advice or suggest legal outcomes. If he gets a lawyer willing to do it, there is a case for judicial misconduct here.

@@willer3399 For all you know from what was shown in the clip the PPO was some nonsense reason so you'd need more than that to show bias. She had already made a decision about what she was going to do but, for whatever reason, still thought that these two needed to be separated. There's nothing on the level of judicial misconduct here so I guarantee nothing will come of that.

I don't care how good the judge normally is. The way she handled the arrested woman abuser is HORRIBLE. Just because the woman brought up "spiritual warfare" and "oh we were evangelizing", and believed it? That kind of crap is EXACTLY what a manipulative female abuser would do to get sympathy. And she said her husband used to be a drug addict? HUGE red flag, she's trying to make herself look like an angel and the victim a horrible person. WHY would the judge fall for that kind of BS? Because the defendant is a woman? BIASED JUDGE!

This is the society we live in, unfortunately. I'm an addictions counselor and as you can imagine, drugs make people aggressive and violent. In my experience, DV is often found with the woman as the aggressor, and eventually her bf hits back. Feminism has taught us that if a man hits you, you're automatically a victim. If a man even defends against you, you're the victim. It's a shame.

IMO The "Moorish" don't understand that by remaining in this country of the United States of America, they accept said laws and conditions to be here. These laws are there to protect ALL citizens. The rest of us citizens do not want these "sovcidiot, moorish, nationals" on the road with us because they are unlicensed(no following rules of road), unregistered vehicle(vehicle not inspected), nor insurance(when you end up hitting us).

Not for the first time, I’m shocked at how much legal advice this judge gives out to defendants. I know she used to be a defense attorney & I think it’s fine to be sympathetic to defendants to a certain extent, but NOT to the detriment of the prosecution. A judge shouldn’t be biased for EITHER side.

I think Judge Middleton is a great example of this. He knows basically everyone who comes through his court, he is very sympathetic to people's issues and communicates his thoughts and the reality of the situation, but he is first and foremost concerned with making sure there is justice for BOTH sides. A lot of judges could take notes from him.

I have a family member who I have witnessed time and time again get assaulted by their significant other, and that significant other is a woman. But when he would try to leave, she would threaten to have him put in jail for physically assaulting her. And when I was younger, like 18 19 20 I remember friends straight out of high school threatening their boyfriends in the same way, and I was like, that ain't right, yo.

Mike dished out some harsh, raw truth in that case where a Female "baby momma" Con in jail was crying and the Female Magistrate took her side and cancelled "baby daddys" order that meant the "baby momma" Con would have to stay away from the home. The scene ended with the Magistrate being told politely by one of her clerks or a guard that she was taking too long. So she rushed herself to free the Con, and then apologized for "making her cry." Oy, indeed! Is it ever one sided in terms of "mommy" V "daddy."

Why would that judge ask if the lady wanted to be sent back to the home after a man requested a restraining order against her? That would not be a question for a man! Women can be brutal, too. This offends me for the men in our society. I am a Christ follower...and do believe in spiritual attacks...but this is highly offensive, just the judge's casual manner, the treatment of the husband, this is very appalling.

She needs to be sanctioned. She was clearly biased and absolutely was guilty of practicing law from the bench. Not only that, but she stepped outside her own sworn oaths by telling the defendant she could call whenever she needed to for guidance. It was outrageous.

It drives me nuts in these videos seeing the judges who don't wear robes on zoom. I'm an attorney in MA and I have never seen this... it's mighty laid back 😂 Anyway, I know he's a good judge, but it still drives me nuts. It just makes the whole hearing feel less serious and like it's somehow a "fake" hearing or a cut below an in-person hearing, when both are equally sessions of the court. Not the right vibe

Astounding. Facing a 1 yr charge, but the magistrate goes completely soft, giving sua sponte legal advice, denying a tpo from her domestic partner apparently just because he's the incorrect gender, apologizes to the defendant for making her cry, etc... What a shameful display of feminine bias & an absolute embarrassment to the judicial system. She should be brought up for review asap!

Right. What if it's her that is the angry one and not him? That wouldn't be right to make him leave.
