For running the TQ I suggest staging it with the time strap velcroed to one side for quicker accessibility when needed

Things for the mk4 is like to see Is Velcro on the inside of the small pouch Laser cut molle on the outside as well. Maybe a OTB model?

Spiritus is bringing out a larger version, maybe check that one out? I only did one enlistment, my interest here is carrying a full-size handgun (Spiritus said a G19 is max for this pack).

I bought one of these a couple of hours ago. I needed something to hold my phone, airpods case, can of dip, wallet, keys, knife etc (pocket junk)when I'm PTing. Also something to hold my phone on ruck marches. Nobody's really demonstrated this, but can you wear it crossbody? Or is the strap too short for that?

couldnt tell you if you had it as loose as it can go, maybe look around for buckle extensions
