No nutrients used.By adding certain ingredients (very clearly mentioned in the video with exact weight of the ingredients) spirulina is made.this is actually a complete food itself,also in the introduction I'm mentioning it's nutrient values.

The mother culture or slurry decomposes after 7to8hrs of storing, so... U have to get it from someone cultivating close to ur place.
